The Great Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Nice Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foodstuff and Drug Management have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) caution them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually popular with young adults, but that adults should also be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. In line with the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to regulate health supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label specifically stated that the product could possibly be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not chewing gum, and that the tastes were added following the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include accurate statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising and marketing is to strictly regulate the creation of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague vocabulary or symbols on labels or product packaging that claim that a product is acceptable on the market when it is certainly not.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, a few which had a range of what flavors do puff pubs come in. When I purchased my Nice Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire mouth of the disposable machine was filled up with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other goods: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and another products was that product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Nice Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the back of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My next puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly but surely while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a gentle pepper to taste. After the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy flavor with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, offering me each of the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about getting a bad buzz from it.
